Gulshan Welfare Society takes the drive at the targeted villages to bring into effect the Govt. policy “SWEEKRUTI” ( a scheme for promotion of transgender equality and justice by promoting measures for employment and socio educational services).

A few of the key strategies proposed to implement the scheme and make the services available to the transgender persons are:

• Survey and identify all transgender persons in the State, and issue certificates and multipurpose smart cards.
• Assist the parents of transgender children and provide pre and post-matric scholarship.
• Upgrade skills and entrepreneurship development training by strengthening self-help groups.

As we know roads are nerves of country, which brings growth to the villages, it is a sad reality that there are villages with no proper roads and basic infrastructures like community halls, libraries, solar electricity projects, windmills, street lights, waste management etc. So this will be a basic project of RIP to make the villages as a whole.

Water conservation is to prevent the water scarcity in future. Gulshan Welfare Society focuses to preserve water by implementing Bore Well Construction, Well Recharging, Rainwater Harvesting and Waste Water Recycling, Cycle Run Water pumps, Water Wheel, Rain Water Syringe, traditional water conservation methods like Johads, Bamboo Drip Irrigation system, Eri, Zabo and so on.

A healthy nation is a wealthy nation. Healthcare is important to the society. Many of people’s aspirations and desires cannot be met without longer, healthier and happy lives. India’s rank in HDI report 2018 (130 out of 189 countries) depicts the level of ignorance of health sector in a fast growing country like India.

Coming to medical facility – Many pregnant women lose their lives due to unavailability of medical facility at hand; sometimes a two wheeler ambulance can make a great difference or a small ambulance or setting up a small clinic with the help of bigger hospitals bring a great difference in the villages

Gulshan Welfare Society targets to dispense the very essential components of primary health care like promotion of food supply, proper nutrition, safe water and basic sanitation, provision for quality health concerning the prevailing health problems, Medical camps, medical assistance, mother and child health care and so on at the best shot.

Education is the backbone of every society in this world. But what matters the most is the quality education- a dream for many.

EP plans quality education, Learning and skill enhancement to improve the quality of living and to make children a responsible citizen of our country. Gulshan Welfare Society dream to involve in the field of education by distributing school bags, stationary and uniforms to school going students.
In order to improve the quality of teaching and learning, EP is planning to provide modern amenities to the village schools and take up the incumbency to give importance on educating girls

ASDP aims to support the farmers to increase their productivity by providing them the training with the latest skill development programs in agriculture. If necessary, inputs like quality hybrid seeds, fertilizers, agricultural implements etc may be furnished. In addition to fertilizer/crop, awareness sessions may be conducted with the help of Agricultural Universities about the effectiveness of scientific approach to farming.

Also we implement awareness and guidance sessions so as to equip them with self-employment skills by increasing household income in the areas of cattle / rabbit / swine / fish – rearing, vegetable farming and green house/ poly house farming benefiting all families.

Marriage Assistance- In most communities, parents celebrate the marriage functions according to their customs and cultural backgrounds. However, parents from economically weaker sections are not able to cope with the burden of expenses towards the marriage of their daughters. In order to help such parents and to encourage them to educate their daughters till the right age, we provide marriage assistance to help the daughters of poor parents, orphan girls, widows who re-marry, widow’s daughter’s marriage and inter caste married couples.

Support for Differently Abled-We are living in a world which often changes quickly. Technology and advances in science have made us strengthen. Differently abled people are able differently. Some might be born with and some might get disabled through artificial calamities like accidents and fire broke outs etc.. The change in approach has been brought about by the rights of persons with disabilities act 2016. So MWP intents to acknowledge, encourage, support and discover their special abilities also provide products/tools that can empower the specially abled.

Swach Bharat Abhiyan- Mizpah has taken the initiative to enact the government project swach Bharat Abhiyan, a country wide campaign (2014-2019) to eliminate open defecation and improve solid waste management in the remotest states of India.

According to the INDIAN STATE HUNGER INDEX (ISHI) Score, 60% of the children in India are under nourished. In some of the extremely impoverished villages yet not equipped with Government’s ‘Anganwadi’ projects, FSCP definite not a single child go hungry in the village by following the 4E’s :

• EAT SPARINGLY
• EAT MODERATELY
• EAT LIBERALLY
• EAT ADEQUATELY
